(a) A straight forward purchase of your property in days, or:

(b) A 'sale and rent back' option – we act as an Introducer to this scheme which means we select the right ‘sell and rent back’ specialist firm to contact you. It involves the specialist firm buying your property and renting it back to you for a fixed rental period. This allows you to access the cash in your home without having to move.

We are an Accredited London Landlord certified by the LLAS which means you will be dealing with a professional and efficient landlord Enquiry Form.

(c) A 'sale and buy back' option - we buy your home and allow you to buy it back at a later date when you're in a better financial position. Some of our clients combine this with the 'sale and rent back' option.
