Independent legal advice
The vendor must have access to independent legal advice confirming they are fully aware of the implications of the transaction and subsequent tenancy. We insist all our clients have independent legal advice before selling to Quick Property Sale Ltd or entering into a tenancy agreement with us.
Transparent
Standardised key facts document provided by us allowing homeowners to compare the deals on offer. The document will include the level of discount being offered, all fees payable by the vendor, the actual market value of the property, clear evidence that the vendor has been made aware their beneficial interest in the property will cease upon sale and a statement of understanding certifying that all terms of the sale have been explained to the vendor. All "sell and rent back" clients are protected by a standard AST (Assured Short-hold Tenancy). This is a legally binding document that guarantees tenancy for the period agreed within the AST. Our rental fees reflect current market value for the area and are fixed for the period of the AST. All deposits are held by the new Deposit Protection Agency. Unless the tenant breaks the terms of the tenancy agreement, Quick Property Sale Ltd commits not to seek possession of the property using Section 21.

All client records, transactions and communications with Quick Property Sale Ltd are held to be confidential unless required for legal purposes.
Complaints procedure
We take complaints very seriously and deal with any customer issues with the utmost urgency. Any complaints to be directed to Jennifer Davis on info@quickpropertysale.co.uk. Every tenant will have access to independent dispute resolution service for cases where there is a dispute. If Quick Property sale Ltd breaks the terms of the Code of Practice, there could be significant financial penalties.
