At Quick Property Sale we pride ourselves on being honest, fair and helpful. With every call our advisors take you will go through our first consultancy stage where each of our advisors will decipher whether a quick house sale with a cash buyer such as us is right for you. If the answer is yes our professional advisors will guide you to the right solution that matches your requirements and circumstances. If the answer is no we will try and present other options that may be available to you, for example, if we feel you should try the Estate Agent route we will provide you with helpful tips in choosing the right one.

- One of our advisors will discuss with you whether we are the right solution for you. If not we will discuss what other options you have and provide helpful tips, free of charge. We believe in providing a great service so that you will recommend us to someone who may require our services. If we purchase a property that came indirectly from you we will pay you £3,000 upon completion of the sale.
- We will present you with an offer that includes a free report. We will pay your solicitors fees which are not capped. You will pay no fees, we pay for everything.
- If you decide to accept our offer we will proceed to exchange and completion in a matter of days. You can use your own solicitor or use one recommended by Quick Property Sale. At this point your advisor will be in contact with you everyday to update you on proceedings, he/she is there for you to make the transaction as stress free for you as possible. You will also have the advisors direct line and mobile number so you can contact him/her at any time (within reason of course as they do need their beauty sleep)
- Congratulations you have now sold your property and can begin to move on in your life.
